SCARLETT SIMPSON DESIGNS

PROJECTS

  • NT:2W is responsibly driven brand I developed for my final major project at Nottingham Trent University. The multi-functional product range draws inspiration from the nostalgic film photography of my family ski holidays and the serene beauty of alpine landscapes.

  • GANNI GILL is a product range I curated as part of a self negotiated brief during my final year at Nottingham Trent University.

  • Dolce Far Niente is a collection I developed for the Supriya Lele X British Library competition brief during my final year at Nottingham Trent University. Drawing inspiration from books available through the British Library platform, this collection nostalgically evokes the charm of childhood holidays. It merges family holiday film photography with a utilitarian yet romantic essence, reflected in its distinctive print designs.

  • “Made In Britain” was a collaborative project I worked on in my second year at Nottingham Trent University, in partnership with ALLSAINTS. The collection draws inspiration from the mods and rockers aesthetic and incorporates comprehensive market research to create designs that appeal to the typical ALLSAINTS customer.
